I caved and bought some real popsicle molds. They're seriously fun and I'm looking forward to trying out different recipes all summer. My first attempt was a blueberry-based recipe, of course. Into the Vita-Mix went: a small package of low-fat cream cheese, a dollop of low-fat sour cream, some milk, a ton of blueberries, some sea salt, and some agave nectar. I tasted and adjusted until it seemed right, then poured it into the molds. It made 12 popsicles, so Andrew and I will be eating these for a while. That's ok by me. The next batch will be dairy free, I'm thinking maybe strawberry mint.
